Assemblies
The General Assembly is RUITEM’s supreme governing body and is made up of all its Members, on an equal footing, in their own and inalienable right. It is governed by the principle of internal democracy and adopts its resolutions by majority vote. The General Assembly meets once a year on an ordinary basis and when deemed necessary, by decision of the Coordination Commission, on an extraordinary basis.
Attendance at General Assemblies is compulsory for all RUITEM members. Failure to attend two consecutive annual General Assemblies of RUITEM without justification will result in a proposal to leave the network.
