On 21-22 November, the International Water Forum took place in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, under the sponsorship of Aguas de Cartagena (a subsidiary of AGBAR-SUEZ), with the experiences of Colombia, Cuba, El Salvador, Spain, Mexico and Peru and 8 universities, where the following topics were discussed at round tables and debates:
